Building Systems Design - Commercial:
Project Description:

Propose and design a 6-story building. Based on the basic building shape, design ground and typical floor plans with core elements and space divisions.
​
Develop mechanical designs for HVAC and plumbing systems.
​
Prepare electrical designs including lighting, communications and power distribution considerations.
​
Consider fire & life safety and incorporate the suppression systems, fire fighting provisions, alarm systems and means of egress into design concepts.
​
Compose a ten-page report with all findings and analysis. All drawings are required to be attached in the Appendix for references.
